I went to the "Otemachi area" in November 2016. In Otemachi,
there are the Japan Meteorological Agency, major companies, financial institutions,
and it flourishes as an office town.
However, as the buildings are lined up a lot, the heat island phenomenon
may occur. I have been watching what measures are taken to prevent the
heat island phenomenon from occurring.
In Otemachi, "greening" such as rooftops, terraces, roads and the like is thriving.
