After the exchange with China directly started, People imitated China―the system, the culture, not to speak of Buddhism. So clothes for the ruling class also was took over its form as it were.
In this age, a roukechi [rouketu-zome], a koukechi[shibori-zome], and kyoukechi[itajime] which were said “sannkechi in Tenpyou age” and which was famous in history of dyeing were done.
