Passive design uses the light of the nature and wind. That is the means which gets comfortableness without the machine as much as possible. It is saved in winter so that daytime solar heat may be available at night. But, as for winter, summer must prevent solar heat in the opposite direction. You must enhance ventilation with raising high mind thick again, too. It need that the advanced design power and the climatic knowledge of the land to apply goes together an element to contradict.

For exmple, What kind of passive design is there to spend summer comfortably?

●Ventilation is easy to do.
●Light from the window is interrupted by using the curtain. (The one from the outside of the window is more effective. )
●An ivy is made to spread, and solar heat from the wall body is prevented.
●Not concrete but a lawn is desirable with a balcony to prevent reflection.

These are given to it. All power of the nature and the plant are being used. The method which the power of the nature is used for will be one means which makes coexistence with the environment possible. The comfortableness not to depend on a machine is good for saving energy and the health.
