Shrinking public transportation has a huge negative impact on daily life for those living in areas where traffic is not convenient.

Especially for elderly people and students who cannot drive a car, it is a serious problem that transportation which is a leg of daily life is inconvenient. Since people depends on public transportation such as commuting, hospital visits, and shopping activities that are indispensable for everyday life, the decline in convenience of public transportation is directly linked to the deterioration QQL(quality of life). Also, in some cases, people will not be able to live in even minimal life as long as they move to somewhere. People who have fallen into such a state are called "Transport Refugees" and Traffic Refugees are regarded as an indication of one of the local declines in recent years.

In recent years, elderly people are increasing steadily and the future that the number of "Transport Refugees" will increase is concerned.
