Soybeans udon
Soy beans were eaten as an important nutrient source in the past when there weren’t meats and so on.
They were used not only for cooked dishes but also for the soup for wheat noodles and thin wheat noodles, because good soup stock was made from them.
They are cooked when people gather and do Buddhist sermon even now.
