Sunomono of dried white radish
It is a very hard work to wash white radishes, cut them using a julienne machine, and dry them on the reed mat in December and January.
Much attention should be paid because this work is affected by climate conditions.
Dried white radish is called “Chigire” in Miyazaki, and popularly used for sunomono (vinegar food) and cooked or fried food.

Cucumber     20g
Carrot     5g
Wakame     1g
Vinegar     4g
Sugar     2g
Soy sauce (thin)     3g
