People in Nagano ate Kasujiru which contains chaff and winter vegetables so that their body is warmed up in winter.
■Ingredients
Tofu     25g
Carrot     10g
Long green onion     5g
Deep-dried bean curd     3g
White radish     25g
Spinach     20g
Miso     12g
Chaff     10g
Japanese instant bouillon     1g



Goheomochi
It is said that a carpenter called Gohei brought rice balls every day, and toasted ate them miso spreading on them.
It is also said that the form of Goheimochi which is threaded onto a skewercomb is similar to that of the batch of cloth to offered to the gods.
