Asukajiru
Asukajiru is the dish which has been cooked in Asuka area since old days.
In this dish, chicken is food which boiled with milk.
The taste which comes from chicken and milk is very nice, and such taste cannot be made in Sukiyaki and Mizutaki.
And this has good taste with vegetables, so this soup is especially delicious.

Chinese cabbage     40g
Carrot     10g
Garland chrysanthemum     15g
Velvet shank     5g
Burdock     5g
Tofu     30g
Round herring     2g
Dried tangle for waking stock     0.5g
Soy sauce     0.5g
Miso     7g
White miso     7g
Milk     30g
Water     60g
