Ogurani of yudehashiimo
When people harvested them, they saved sweet potatoes in the potato bath under the narrow wooden passageway.
Then, people thought about how to save them in longer period, and found the method of “Yudehoshiimo”, where sweet potatoes are boiled and hunged under an awning.
