Although liking of brightness when you sleep is up to persons, its grade which can generally check a step is good. It is appropriate for the temperature of a bedroom to use 25-27 ℃ in summer, and in 18-20 ℃ in winter. 50-60% of humidity is ideal. Probably, it is good for an air-conditioner and a humidifier to adjust before sleeping. Indoor color has an effect which the alpha wave within a brain is activated, relaxes and induces sleep, if a bedroom is summarized by the color of a blue system.
