『Vagurely awakening』
Vagurely awakening is a word to be likely to appear in animation.It is condition of 8 to 12 Hz alpha wave and 13 to 40 Hz beta wave.In other words we are awake.

It sounds like first stage of video game. This means that alpha wave decreases.

The sleeping spindle appears in brain waves.It is called so bocause it's graph seems spindle. and in the time we defined "stage2".

Are there more stage?!?No problem.Next stage is last.This stage is that beta wave low trequency,increases to 20~30%.

This is last. the stage means that human beings fall in deep sleep beta wave increases to over 50%.
