公武合体

幕府の中心にいた人物、安藤政信（あんどうまさのぶ）は、 朝廷との関係を修復し幕府批判を抑えるために、朝廷（公）と幕府（武）が 協力して政治を行う公武合体政策を進めていた。

これを象徴するものとして、天皇の妹、和宮（かずのみや）と 将軍、徳川家茂（とくがわいえもち）の政略結婚がある。
しかし、他の人との結婚が決まっていた和宮を強引に結婚させたことで、 尊攘派の非難が強まり、安藤政信は地位を失った。

Koubugattai

The person who was in the center of the ShogunateMasanobu Ando The Shogunate cooperated with an Imperial Court, and he was advancing the union of the Imperial Court and the Shogunate policy which takes the reins of goverment to restore a relation with Kobugattai policy
