1854年、再び来航したペリーの圧力に負けて結んだ条約。
ちなみに神奈川宿の近くで結んだため、
神奈川条約とも呼ばれている。
12条からなるこの条約は、
・アメリカの船が必要な食料や物資を用意すること
・遭難船や乗組員を救助すること
・日本がもし他の国と条約を結び、その条件がアメリカよりよかった場合、
アメリカにも自動的にその条件が適用されること
（最恵国待遇）
などがあり、アメリカだけが得をする不平等な条約であった。
In 1854, Japanese lose Matthew C.Perry's pressure,
and they made a treaty.
This treaty consist of twelve articles.
・To prepare food and supplies which are needed by American ship.
・To help American ship in distress and crew.
・When Japan enter into a treaty with other country,
if the conditions of treaty is better than that of America,
the conditions automatically apply to America.
