International Court of Justice

Syngman Rhee Line
Syngman Rhee Line was established in 1952 by the Korean government on its own in the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea. The Korean government insists on fishing jurisdiction within this line. The Japanese government shows that the setting of Lee Dynasty's line is an illegal drawing on the high seas.
