Mold Types edition ~Types of mold②~
The first one is mold of high humidity (humidity 90%).
As we separates further,it becomes " Cladosporium" " Fusarium".
" Cladosporium"which is called "kurokabi" in japanese is the most famous mold
that are black as its name and can appear in places that high humidity in baths etc.
" Fusarium"which is called "akakabi" in japanese is red as its name suggests.
It is often seen in vegetables , wheat and sewage.
The second one is molds with medium humidity (humidity 80%).
If we divide this further,it becomes " Penicillium"" Aspergillus oryzae ".
" Penicillium"which is called "aokabi" in japanese is
blue gray green and is distributed in foods.
" Aspergillus oryzae "which is called "kozikabi" in japanese is yellow ocher color.
Although its name, it is not necessarily good for the body.
And it occurs in food as well as "Blue mold".
The third one is a mold of dry-desiccant (humidity 65%).
If we divide thisfurther, it becomes " Eurotium" and " Wallemia".
"Eurotium"which is called "kawakikozikabi" in japanese is yellowish orange.
This mold can be seen in precision machinery such as food (dry matter ・ cereal) ・ camera film etc.
" Wallemia"which is called "azukiirokabi" in japanese is a red bean color as its name,
and it is often seen in foods with high sugar content such as chocolate and lamb.
