People used to get information passively. There was a large barrier beteen the media and the citizen. Now, we can communicate with the media by means of e-mail. Not only that, we can also send our own messages to all over the world. What will hapen if billions of people have their own home pages? How to select information is important. There are two things on line. One is what auther want to send. The other is what we want to know. The former example is that unpopular aritists now can show their works on line. The latter example is maps, news, dials...etc To get the latter information we will have to pay money. How to appeal is the most important.
