At World Food Summit held in 1996, the target of reducing nutrition insufficient population by half by 2015 was adopted, and it has been recognized as the action based on international union being required for target achievement in the meeting five years after World Food Summit held in 2002.
FAO is the organization which takes the lead and is moving so that the plan of a country may be realized along with the plan for starvation and domestic connection may be made to a member nation.
