It is very dangerous to go to the area where war has broken out to help. The men in connection with assistance may have the bulletproof vest on, in order to protect their own body.
When a relief organization goes to help to a war zone, the permission from the influence of both which are warring is required. A relief organization's vehicles, food, etc. may be stolen. People need food, water, protections against the cold, etc. Also, a relief organization distributes food, treats sick person or injured person, and digs a toilet or a well. Safe and clean water is required for people.
After the war
Relief is not made though the war ended. There is danger of the mine devised during war. 119 million mines are still buried by 71 nations in the world.
Removing mines is vicious work, so the person who received training risks his life to remove a mine processes safely. Although many governments are supporting mine removal, it does not decrease easily since new mines set every year.

War which started after the end of the cold war attached the new challenge to us. It is various such as a civil war, race confrontation, change of power, and a border dispute, etc. And the case of these many is accompanied by famine or the drought. The government, a relief organization, an international organization, and these all participant to disaster relief have to assistance with the cooperation of each other.
