In language arts, there are two different subjects we
learn about. The first is grammar. In grammar students learn about subjects,
predicates, verbs, diagramming, and everything about the structure of
the English language. The second one is literature. In literature students
read, do book reports, and write poetry and other kinds of writing.
国語の時間の中には、２つの違った教科があります。１つは文法です。文法では、主語、述語、動詞、図式、そして英語の文章構造のあらゆることについて学習します。２つ目は、文学作品です。文学では、生徒は本を読み、レポートを書き、詩や様々な文章を書いたりします。
