Push Pass
This pass is application of a chest pass.
We throw as having it push out with one hand.We can pass more quickly because we use only by one hand.You had better practice using inverse hand to your dominant hand as you can use in case of emergency.It is good of catching by one hand.


‡@You draw the ball you have by one hand to the breast. At this time, you
must not open sideward both.


‡AYou steadily stretch the elbow,then you release the ball as you stick
your arm up.
