Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are the source of energy to move our bodies.
The starch, glucose, or saccharide is a sort of carbohydrates.
When the starch is digested , it changes into the glucose, and then it is absorbed.
The glucose is carried to cells of our bodies, muscles, and livers by blood,
and then it synthesized the glycogen, and it is stored up.
Carbonhydrates are necessary for our body especialy for breakfast.
The glucose is a necessary nutrient for our brains.
So if we don't eat anything, the blood sugar level falls down,
and we can't concentrate.
