The cutter is used to cut the tone.
There are cutters only for the tone,
but it is ok to use usual cutters.
You have to take care
because bottom paper might be cut
if you cut it stronger.
Moreover, if you cut tones with rule,
it is good for you to use the stainless steel one or
the plastron one because the plastic one is easily
damaged and becomes useless soon.
