Time: 2015-November 8, 2017 In a house in Higashinada-ku, Kobe City, a cat was kept by a woman ignoring a lease contract, and 53 cats were left in the room of a woman who was forced to leave.In 2015, a nearby resident complained that the city had a bad smell.The city has imfarmed the women more than 10 times.However, because the woman did not follow, the city filed a lawsuit with the Kobe District Court in October 2016 regarding the removal of the room.On November 8, 2017, the city sent a document that charged women about 10 million to repair and disinfect dirty rooms.    The room is 3DK (approx. 60㎡), and the woman moved in in 2006 and lived with three children in their 10s and 20s.There were 53 cats in the room and some dead cats.The floor was corroded, and the pillars were scratched and rough.Meters such as electricity and water were hardly moving, and as a result of women continuing to feed elsewhere, they grew too much to handle.The cat was rescued up by a citizen group.
