1.Access to educational facilities (Access to public transportation, remote islands, and remote areas)
2.a temporary shortage of educational facilities and subsequent surpluses in large cities
3.Implementation of diverse educational services (Re-current education for working people, community development education, targeting women raising children)
4.Decline in educational services (Digital divide, aging educational facilities and declining population density)
5.Non-Attendance of Foreign Children at School
