Refraction of Light

　When light is incident on the boundary of different media, light may be bent. This is called refraction. (Refraction, angle of refraction, see Fig.)

For example,talze the case of air and water. When light enters the water from the air, the angle of refraction is smaller than the angle of incidence. When light enters the air from the water, the angle of refraction is greater than the angle of incidence.
