The second experiment

In the previous experiment, we changed the specimen at the same temperature / darkroom and conducted the experiment. In this experiment, we will change the different conditions and compare.

Purpose of the experiment

In this experiment, we see the change in growth of bacteria by temperature and ultraviolet light. In this experiment, we will investigate under what condition bacteria increase.
