Measles virus
There are various infection routes. A symptom similar to a cold like fever or cough appears.
Norovirus
Sudden vomiting, diarrhea occurs. Eating something not cooked will cause it.
Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)
Staphylococcus aureus is a fungus everywhere. There is no problem if there is normal resistance to fungi, but it is severe if resistance is low.
Pseudomonas
Often infected via an instrument, it is susceptible to infection when resistance is decreasing.
Asthma
It develops as a kind of mold called ringworm fungus adheres to bare feet by slippers and mats.
Infectious impetigo
When inflammation occurs, it spreads around as if it sprang up. It is likely to develop in patients with atopic dermatitis.

Meningitis
Neisseria meningitidis is also found in the nose and throat of healthy people. Shock may die and prompt treatment is indispensable.

Let's think!

  • How can we prevent contact infection?
  • Let's further consider the place and case where contact infection occurs.

On the next page we will look at "droplet infection".
