On this page, let's see what kind of things can be considered from the result of Experiment 1.
(1) First, as you can see from the results of experiments, there are many bacteria present no matter where you look.
(2) Many bacteria were increased in the control experiment (that is, under the environment as well as other specimens without preparing any specimen). However, this is considered to have increased as bacteria touched the dish in the air contained in the petri dish or when agar was poured. However, since the increase in bacteria was less than other specimens, it is considered to be established as an experiment.
(3) I was not able to see much change while washing my hands. I used a paper towel when wiping my hand, but at that time, it was thought that the bacteria could be removed by wiping, and there was no difference in the results. It is also possible that the organic matter contained in the soap has increased like bacteria.
Let's go to Experiment 2.
