Consideration[1]

There are many bacteria
As a specimen, there were places where many unspecified people touched, such as doorknobs and railings of stairs, but you can see that there are many bacteria in any place.
From this experiment it was difficult to judge the difference in the amount of bacteria and what type of bacteria it was, but in any specimen many bacteria could be confirmed.
Bacteria breed in control experiment
Bacteria multiplied a lot in control experiments (that is, under the same circumstances as other specimens without preparing any specimens). It is thought that this occurred because bacteria touched the air contained in the petri dish or when agar was poured in, and the breeding occurred.
However, the degree of breeding of bacteria was less than that of other specimens, so it is considered to have been established as an experiment.
There is not much change in the state of washing hands.
I used a paper towel when wiping my hands. In doing so, bacteria could be removed by wiping, and it is conceivable that there was no difference in the result.
It is also possible that the organic matter contained in the soap breeded like a bacterium.
