Purpose


In this site, we think about wheat and flour in various angle, and introduce for you. Flour is taking hold our dietary life deeply. We can buy it at the supermarket, and flour is popular, change from udon or bread and so on. By knowing how use the flour, people can get interest in food. Flour is eaten by everyone, child to adult. Recently, safety of the food is big problem.So it would be wonderful if we get able to pay attention to entire food by starting with knowing about flour which is familiar to us.

How to make use of this site


This site is intended for people older than fifth grades of elementary school. Even in elementary school, there might be a lesson about food self-sufficiency rate in some social classes. In this site we are trying to explain in as plain words as possible, so it is helpful for research in the class. Also, students over junior high school have more opportunities to write report setting theme by oneself. For we are introducing some simple experiments in this site, it would be useful for such students. Furthermore, the page "Recipe" cotains some recipe composed by simple paragraph and photos of cooking in practice. They are very easy to understand.
