An old newspaper,
the stockings that it ran, the clothes of the worm-eaten hole ..... What
do you picture from these words? With what! Clothes are made from the thing
which was said like this and which it seemingly seems to be trash, too,
and there are people who did a fashion show.
The center (the
extragovernmental organization of the Ministry of International Trade and
Industry) of saving energy is a sponsored fashion show "Smart Collection1999".
There were 730 points of applications, and a professional model put on
30 points that it passed through the examination by 1. The first prize
was the dress which 40-50 sheets of old newspapers were further checked
