C) At present, the old paper of about 40% of the newspaper paper is contained.
N) Isn't it good if more old paper is used?
C) It is so. However, then paper doesn't become weak, and looks get poor, and doesn't become an article for sale. Recycling was as active as was called the "honor student of recycling" once by the old paper in it. However, because a depression influences, the price that old paper is traded lowers very much in comparison with the front, and they are severe conditions.

    The law of the "way of recycling a container package" was enacted in 1995 to cope with the trash which kept increasing.
