Are cooked soybeans food OK?
Soybean foods with a low degree of processing such as soymilk, soybean drink, and tofu are prone to allergens.Miso and soy sauce do not contain 16 proteins to be allergen (it is broken down during fermentation process), so people who have soybeans allergy could eat without problems. There are so many processed products that we need to carefully consider the extent of removal through the oral food load test.
Common antigen
It shows common antigenicity with birch.
