IoT Leading to the Future
In Japan, where the aging of the population is progressing, the caregivers for nursing care have been lacking. As a result, the burden on each worker increases, and furthermore, the number of workers decreases and it is in a negative chain. In recent years, robots have appeared at nursing care fields, so that the burden on nursing care workers have been reduced.
We decided to examine through experiments whether nursing care robots really can reduce the burden of nursing care. We and the elderly interacted with the robot such as pepper and parlo, and experimented.
Also, we thought about how the nursing robot should be in the future.
