Now days, more than 97% of Jr. highshool graduates in Japan goes to highschool. As the examination war is growing, many people tend to dislike vocational schools. 
     We propose that these schools should be the practical schools where can be bring up students ito tje point where they can be professions as soon as they graduate. Of course, people who want to be white color workers are to go to these schools. 
     The biggest change is to make these schools to be the highschool museum. It is to open the school for people living near the school once or twice a month. For examople, agricultual students can sell crops, let customers harvest the crops, milk cows...etc. Cooking, not only to sell the products but also to let them make soba, or to teach wies how to cook French foods, or teach them how to make a cup of tea. Service, they can shopkeep the flea markets. Industory, they can make key holders or let customers to cast. Personal computers, they can teach customers how to manipulate, make customer's oage, or fix computrers. 
     To practice this way, they can not only learn skills but also to make the community revive. How about make the shools to be a credit system, and for example, a student who wants to be a bank worker, he can learn both service and coproration keeping. By writing down that he has gotten the credits, both student and the corporation will benefit. 
     Classes should be to plan what to do in the next museum and learn for them. So, they can not only to learn skills but also learn how to make plans. By practicing like this, students will more active. Children will go to these museums and learn what the job is. It's the FUTURE system, isn't it?
