In the current university, there are many people who worships the bland of the school. Compared to American uniersities, the students apt to be lazy. Now, for schientific people, it is not worthwhile to graduate from university to get a nice job, they need to master degree, or Dr's.
     How about selecting teachers? Students select teachers from the sillabases which the teacher shows. Teacher opens their information to the students. Teachers can test them, or select from the score of the center examination. Teachers show who they want to teach and the result turns to the students. 
     After the first term, teachers sees the result; I learned from Mr.oo and I got the grade(or couldn't get). If the teachers are sweet, they might miss their confidence. Finally, the evaluation will be accurate. 
     The biggest problem is that students should move froma university to a collage. Fortunately, the Internet will solve this problem. By CD-ROMs and e-mail, teachers distribute the sillabas, argue by means of chat, hand in papers, correct, and make a report, there would be no problem.
     Graduation reports are corrected by the teacher who was the master of the student. University will give money to the teachers in view of the numbers of students. There will be no one who selects the university by means of their names.
     The master take responsibility for the students. The university and the teachers will be opened. The students will make their best effort. It must be the best system.
