Service and volunteer are different. Service can be unwillingly, but volunteers must be willingly. If high school students serve for eldery unwillingly, they are only a drag on other workers.
    Service shouldn't be self satisfy. When many people serve at the same time, it would repeat obliged club activity.
     We propose that there should be a gap year. Universities accept both on April and September. If one volunteers that 6 month and make a report, it is considered as a credit. The experiencing activity is the pipe between school life and real life.
