New study essence plan will be done in 2003. High schools will have information ABC classes. All these classes are based on the basic, but in development they are different. 
     Information A is to learn how to get and distribute information. Information B is to learn how to think about the information. Information C is how to join with the net society.
      Information education is not only to teach by computers. We should use computers on line and think about the others who are using behind the net work. The reform of techinique is fierce. Teachers who know only BASIC is now at a loss. It's better to lend computers. They also should have sorrounding machines like printer, MO, ZIP, CD-R, scanner..etc. We propose new test. 
     They sit down on the computer. Find the question, and answer the question which students like. Answer and send the answer. Using log files are useful to know how to get. 
     Let's see our quiz. You want to use Disney character on your home page as the wall paper. Make a page with the wall paper on. It can be only top page. Disney is only an example, but it is not that we want to know how to make home page, but to know how to communicate and get allowance to use the wall paper. It's the best to use in information C, but it can be OK for the other.
