What's the netiquette? It's the rule that we must obey in order to live in the net society with comfort. We should recognize that there really is other people behind the network community. It's not the vertual world as in the games. Netiquette is not about crimes. Crimes is controled by laws, not netiquette.
      When you mail to others, you should write your and his or her name. You also should entitle the mail in brief English. You shouldn't send text mails before you know that they can see them. Sometimes, people would not answer your mail, but never get angry. They might be searching for, busy, hard-ware problem, angry at your mistakes...etc. It might be lost before it reached to him or her. We should know that e-mail is like a mail, not like an envelop. Your messages can be read by somebody. You shouldn't send messages with heavy files. When you send any program, it might fear others. You should read your message before sending it. When you feel angry, excited, or very happy you should refain from sending mails. You can't erase the mail after sending it. You shouldn't send SPAM mail or chane mail of any kind. When you have any important information, you shouldn't send by chane mail, but uplode to your page, or write down on proper BBS. 
     If you send any messages to BBS, you should read all the "attention" messages. There are many local rules. Don't send too many messages. You should say sorry if you make any mistakes. There are face makes,:-), but it is only a part of message. You should think whether the message is proper but for the face makes. You shouldn't ask any thing which no one can answer. You should be polite and think about the message it self, not the person who sent the message. You shouldn't ask questions which you can get the ansewr by your self. It's not the encyclopedia that you are asking. You should open your information, that is, the model of your PC, what soft you have installed...etc. Begginer should not think it their right to get the answer. 
     After making your own HP, many mails would come. Most of them are unwelcome; direct mails, spam mails, chane mails... For example, one of us used to get 5 or 10 such mails a month before making his own page. After that, he gets more than 100 mails of that kind! 
     When you link, it is not illegal to link to the page which says "Mail me before you link". But you should mail him or her. Don't use the pictures of others. It's not netiquette, but the matter with law. Ladies and children should not even open your name. It is not good to open your address easily. It can be for the purpose of collecting address list to sell. We propose that there should be new netiquette. 
     Think about new techinique. Their progress is too fast. Netiquettes should be for user from mobile phones.
