Jump Shot
This shot is a jumpping version of shoulder pass.

@You have the ball till you jump.
AYou step in the rhythm of 123.(A right handed person steps from the left leg.)
BWhen your last foot leave from the ground,you wait until the highest point as you quickly pull the ball with your right shoulder back.
CYou throw the ball as you twist your waist and upper-body.

Because this shot originally moves timing,you not nessesalily wait until the highest point.
We introduce you the way of moving timing.
You jump low and forward and you throw the ball in the quick sweep of your arm.
You move timing from the highest point.
You throw the ball the verge of landing
...etc


In the case of the first try.
You don't care about the number of steps.
Importance is to step from the left leg.
If you can step from the left leg,next is by three steps.
And you clear that stage,you care about move of your shoulder,twisting of your waist,not lower right foot.
Practice and practice.
As a level above one,it is still better that you can step from the right leg.
