The Cow and Japanese

　How will the change of the way of catching the cow of the Japanese, the directions have happened?

　It thinks that there are many, too, catching persons in case of being the one which raises a cow as the beef and the cow. However, for the Japanese in the past, the cow was workforce and manure or a sacrifice to the god, not supplying a food only. Why will it have changed in this way?

　Will it are not because the specialization about each field moved ahead and the role which the cow accomplishes in becoming more comfortable decreased and the culture such as the religion changed? We thought of these considering from the history.It is as the history of the cow and the Japanese is long on Japan and saying that there was a cow from the front of the era ( It is an extremely valuable cow, Mishima cow of the sketch, that the cow which was at the time leaves even now ).

　Before a civilization is made, the Japanese will be to have thought that there was an utility value plainly compared with the other animal about the cow.Of course, because it was not about the number of heads as much as now, it thought that the person who can use a cow was limited but however, at the time of the Shinto ritual and the sacrifice and so on, it was sometimes used, too.
