| June 2, 2007 We cared for the herb garden a little today. We cut trees of shrubbery and plowed some soil. There were various insects when we cut weeds and the aloes which became too big. We hoped the herb garden would be fine, and a lot more insects should come(But the harmful insects do not come!). We felt happy at the garden very much when we finished. We did our best and wanted to make the herb garden which everybody can enjoy from now on. (Yori Ogu Ban) |

| June 4, 2007 We did cutting and seeding today(for detail look at [how to grow herbs]). We had not brought up herbs and did not know the way at all. But the janitor of our school had knowledge about herbs. She taught us how to do it. It was easier than we expected because both the cutting and the seeding were simple without being troubled. We looked forward to transplant the herbs. (Yori Ogu Ban) |

| June 25, 2007 We cared for the herb garden today. At first we put fertilizer and plowed the soil. We distributed lemongrass and planted them. And we planted rosemary and gave them water. Sunlight was hard, and I got sweaty. (Ogu) |

| June 30, 2007 We cared for the herb garden today. We transplanted thyme, rosemary, and lavender of which we planted cuttings. Because the root of the seedling came out easily, it was good. Though it was morning, it was hot like last time. I will do my best next time, too. (Yori) |
