Recipe of sponge cake

Ingredients

Granulated sugar…60g
Butter…10g
Weak flour…60g
Egg…about100g

Put eggs in a bowl and mix low speed with a whisk or the hand mixer.

Add granulated sugar and mix it lightly to match granulated sugar match with an egg.

Put the bowl in hot water to heat it up and dissolved sugar.

After you warmed it to body temperature, take the bowl off from hot water and mix it well with a whisk or a high-speed hand mixer until cloth becomes whitish. If dough becomes hard so as to drift slowly, mix it slowly.

Add all the weak flour which is sifted through a sieve and mix it with a rubber spatula very well.

After the dough becomes smooth, add melted butter and mix it.

Pour dough into a mold and level surface. Then, bake it with an oven of 180 degrees about 25 minutes.

After bake it to a beautiful brown, put out it from the mold.
