In this process, control the humidity and make the wheat

First sprinkle water(2~3% of wheat).

Then leave the wheat at normal temperature
in a tank for 24~36 hours.

This process is called humidity control,
which is essential to make quality flour.
You need to control finely alluding to the conditions of wheat.
