Recipe of squeezing out cookie

This is the one of the cookies that is squeezed. You should make dough softly because you’ll squeeze it.

Warm butter to room temperature. Sift weak flour through a sieve twice. If you want to make cocoa dough, mix flour and cacao powder then sift it through the sieve.

・生クリーム…大さじ1
・オレンジエッセンス…少々
・薄力粉…60g
・無塩バター…50g
・砂糖(粉砂糖)…15g
・塩…ひとつまみ
・卵白…1/2個

Beat butter with sugar and salt in a bowl until it is creamy. then whip it until creamy and light.

Add egg whites which and mix well. Then also, add fresh cream, and vanilla.

Add the weak flour and mix from the bottom. Make sure the batter is free of lumps.

Put dough in the pastry bag fitted with a small plain tip. Don’t put in so much because it will be separated during you are making cookies.

Squeeze it on the board using a pastry bag.

Finally, bake it for 13 minutes with the oven of 180C.
