Recipe of gateau chocolate

Cut chocolate into about 5 millimeter pieces. Mix weak flour and cocoa powder and sift through a sieve. Spread butter inside a mold and paste the cooking sheet side and bottom of the mold.

Put the chocolate it a bowl and add butter. Put the bowl in 50℃ water to heat it up and wait for melting naturally.

Put egg whites and granulated sugar into another bowl, and beat egg whites to make meringue.
