Recently, there are many problems about population concentration in urban areas, local depopulation and so on.
Along with that, abolition and reduction of public transportation in rural areas have been continuing one after another.
In this website, we define people who are troubled by the abolition or reduction of local transportation as "Transport refugees".
And, we wrote a method to improve such a crisis situation of local transportation based on actual examples and our fieldwork.
