Wouldn't it be possible to prevent food from being concentrated only temporarily, as in Cause 1, if it could be processed and stored?

In Burkina Faso, October is dry season and food is scarce.

When food becomes storable, it can be stored and sold at a high value.

・・・Adding some unique value to goods and services at the production stage


ex) Cola that sells for about 120 yen in vending machines, but sells for 1000 yen in luxury hotels.
This is because the night view from the hotel is beautiful, fashionable, and the atmosphere of the shop is worth adding value.

 

Measure2:Introduction of storage bags

 

You can be outsourced for even a short time, from harvesting to processing.
It would be nice if we could introduce a bag with a function to prevent mold and insects.

 

They need equipment after harvesting, but it is difficult to make a factory or a refrigerator suddenly because there are many places where electricity is not passed...。

 

If we give it a bag or cardboard, it may be a little better to preserve it.
