Ramen Recipe 1: Tomato Ramen
Material
Chinese noodles……1 ball
Onion……50g
Olive oil……1 teaspoon
Canned tomatoes……150g
Water……150ml
Consomme (granules)……1 tbsp
Sugar……2 tsp
Ketchup……1 tablespoon
Salad Chicken……40g
Tomato……20g
Mizuna……15g
Grated cheese……appropriate amount
How to make
1: Add olive oil to a frying pan and fry the onions.
2: When the onions are cooked, add canned tomatoes, water, consommé, sugar, and ketchup to make the sauce.
3: Mix the boiled Chinese noodles with the sauce and serve on a plate.
4: Sprinkle with grated cheese, top with salad chicken, tomato, and mizuna to complete.
