It varies from place to place within a country.It doesn't rain often in Cairo, but it does in AlexandriaAlexandria is a coastal area, so it probably rains a lot.
Do you take any measures to reduce damage caused by heavy rainfall?
I think the government is working on the infrastructure by making better streets and roads and better sewer systems so that the water doesn't pile up on the streets.
